I absolutely love Kneisel’s for all of my auto fixing needs! They Fixed everything to factory specification, they gave it back to me cleaner than when I took it in there, my experience with them overall has just been fantastic. I do not hesitate to recommend Kneisel’s to anyone, in fact, I want to have a custom car built in The near future and I have asked them about the possibility of painting it! It’s gonna be a classic 67 or 69 Camaro and I want it to be immaculate like what you see on A show car I’m gonna see if Kneisel’s will do it for me! They do beautiful work, just immaculate!

I needed repairs done to my Elantra after being rear ended. I made an appointment for estimates and time for repairs to be completed. My car was actually ready earlier than expected. I was greeted with smiling faces and nothing but professional courtesy and very knowledgeable staff. Vanessa was very helpful with all my questions. Danny Garcia was the person taking care of my cars repairs. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. During the repairing process he kept me updated on new details that needed my approval. All things considered and this being my first time needing this type of service, I am very impressed with the ease and efficiency of service I received. I would definitely recommend anyone needing reliable and trustworthy service from beginning to end to call Kniesel’s office.

The staff was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process while I was in Mexico. The finished bodywork looked fantastic and was done within the time frame that they indicated the work would be completed. Overall, a very good experience with excellent results.

I had an amazing experience with Kniesel's Collision, and I especially have to call out Tim Brown for being absolutely incredible. I brought in my 2020 Lexus RX 350 after an accident and wasn’t even sure if I should go through insurance. Tim took the time to walk me through everything and helped me make the right call. I haven’t been in an at-fault accident in about ten years, so that guidance meant a lot. From start to finish, Tim made the entire process easy. He was extremely communicative, kept me updated, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I don’t know much about this stuff, but I always felt informed and taken care of. They completed the repairs in about a week, which was way faster than I expected. There is one small piece on backorder, but I’ll be able to come back and have that installed later. I also had them fix some scratches on my mirror that weren’t part of the accident, and Tim worked with me to get it done at a really fair price. What really stood out was how upfront, honest, and genuinely caring Tim was throughout the entire process. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about the customer experience. They fixed my 2025 Golf R flawlessly. The rear tailgate is now aligned even better than what it was from the factory. Great friendly customer service too. They even straightened out my bent up license plate post accident. Small details that other shops wouldn’t bother with.
